INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location:  Pittsburgh, PA


Description:
Our client is seeking an inside sales candidate to sell their full suite of products and services to senior executives and owners of small and medium sized businesses across North America and Canada.   This person will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting for new business over the telephone from an internal database
  • Developing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Demonstrating product offering to prospects via online demos and WebEx  

Requirements:

  • This person must have prior success calling on presidents of small to medium sized companies, in a highly
    competitive market
  • Strong closing skills and willingness to prospect
  • Good phone skills, exceptional listening skills, and above average problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of general business processes very helpful
  • A college degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • This person will have held at least one position since graduating from college and no more than 2 years of experience in total.
  • Candidates who worked during school and/or helped to finance their education and/or who played sports during college are highly preferred.   This shows dedication, responsibility, teamwork, self motivation.

Compensation:
This position is offering a salary of $25-$30k + comm.= $45k at plan first year, $60k at plan in the 2 nd year

EUROPEAN SALES MANAGER
Location: EMEA

Description:  

Our client is a world leader in manufacturing bursting disks for relief of excess pressure in process equipment.  They
lead the world in the introduction of innovative technology, but need a seasoned sales leader to bring their product to European customers.

Their customers cover a wide range of industries, including Chemical, Petrochemical, Refining, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage Processing, Manufacturing, Industrial Gases, and Energy Production. The product is generally sold through Sales Agents in each country with extensive support both from the European headquarters and World headquarters in Tulsa , OK .

Sales involve a high degree of technical sophistication.  The business involves long term relationships with repeat customers, so relationship selling is critical.  Selection of the proper disk involves a range of technical issues and requires sales personnel who are comfortable with Engineering terminology and who understands Engineering principles.

Our client is aggressively seeking a European Sales Manager.   This person will be responsible for hiring, training, and supporting Sales Agents as well as direct customer visits in support of the Agents.   This person will report to the President of the company.

 Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales in Europe . Our success in Europe has been limited by sales strategies and implementation. The support arm is fully in place. 
  • Supervise and manage European organization. You will be managing one experienced technical sales manager, and one accounting specialist.  As the business level grows, your organization may grow. 
  • Hire, train, and support Sales Agents in Europe and the Middle East . 
  • Facilitate communication between Customers, Sales Agents, and the USA personnel. 

The successful candidate must have: 

  • Excellent sales experience involving consumable or maintenance products for the process industry. 
  • Extensive experience working with Sales Agents. 
  • 5+ years in sales management. 
  • Background involving a science or engineering University degree 
  • Willingness and desire to travel heavily – up to three weeks per month. 
  • Solid communication skills.  Excellent English language skills plus at least one other strong language.  Multiple languages especially desired. 
  • Extraordinarily high degree of intelligence and willingness to be tested. Successful candidate will routinely score above 97th percentile on standardized tests. 
  • Desire to build a world class sales organization.

English is the only language that’s a must.  However, fluency in AT LEAST one other language (German, French, or Italian preferred) is required.  The more languages, the better.

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ SR. SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Detroit , MI

Our client is seeking a rep that has a heavy experience in selling into the Automotive space in the Detroit and surrounding region.  I have included a brief job description below. 

Requirements:

  • Experience selling into CFOs, Treasury, Finance, etc...
  • Senior level sales person or Corporate or Investment Banking person with consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Direct company experience in Financial Services and/or Software, experience in the financial services in their background calling into the CFO's organization discussing working capital, DSOs, DPOs, etc.
  • Bachelor Degree 

Preferred:

Experience in calling into the following type of Automotive accounts, is preferred:  General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, etc.  as well as the Tier 2 and 3 Automotive companies such as: Borg Warner, Tenneco, Navistar, Delphi , Visteon, TRW, etc.

Account Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Description:
The account manager will be responsible for contacting prospects, moving them through the sales cycle and ultimately gaining them as a client.  The account manager will contact pre-qualified clients as well as cold calls.  In addition to the sales responsibilities, this position will also interface with product managers and executive management to discuss prospect concerns, trends and other initiatives that would increase the addition of new users.
