INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description:
Our client is seeking an inside sales candidate to sell their full suite of products and services to senior executives and owners of small and medium sized businesses across North America and Canada.   This person will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting for new business over the telephone from an internal database
  • Developing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Demonstrating product offering to prospects via online demos and WebEx

Requirements:

  • This person must have prior success calling on presidents of small to medium sized companies, in a highly
    competitive market
  • Strong closing skills and willingness to prospect
  • Good phone skills, exceptional listening skills, and above average problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of general business processes very helpful
  • A college degree with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • This person will have held at least one position since graduating from college and no more than 2 years of experience in total.
  • Candidates who worked during school and/or helped to finance their education and/or who played sports during college are highly preferred.   This shows dedication, responsibility, teamwork, self motivation.

Compensation:
This position is offering a salary of $25-$30k + comm.= $45k at plan first year, $60k at plan in the 2 nd year
